Nearby an underground station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, in the desert. The hotel's staff was really polite👍👌

The location was favourable and unbeatable: a shopping mall and a market were within walking distance. We ate at an excellent restaurant at the first floor.

Interior and shower

This is a nicely designed Hotel in classical-modern look, in a good location i.e. close to airport, city center and main attractions / shopping malls. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

For a 5 star Hotel in Dubai - and as Moevenpick is also a trade mark for fine foods around the globe - the breakfast menu could offer a little bit more variety and swiss quality. The Friday brunch buffet offered much variety and very good quality instead.

Housekeeping was only towice a week.

i like the comfort, the cleanliness of the environment and accesibility to locations in dubai.

Nice large executive room

Hotel lobby was under refurbishment, without information to guests. Workers were running with mask protection while front desk employees and guests needed to withold the paint smells. In Executive Lounge no availability of drinks etc. only at check-out found out that they are available on request during Ramadan. You feel everywhere that hotel management is very greedy.

It's a clean hotel, and provides many facilities.

The service is horrible! I reserved a two bedroom apartment and when I asked for sugar I was given two small packs only! I was with another family, and we both reserved two bedroom apartments. The surprise was that we got a small apartment with only one bathroom and a semi-bathroom, while they got a large apartment with two bathrooms and an iron room!! We had to complain for two days to get the apartment changed since the rooms were too small, and there was no king bed. After writing a harsh letter to the manager, he apologized by email and never came to talk to us in person. All we got was an apology and a waste of two of our six day stay (when we were urging for a change). I didn't like the staff attitude, and would recommend other places instead. I know it's cheaper in comparison, but I know now that it's not worth it.

1- we had 2 bed room apartment with one shower only . 2- the aircondition is uncontrolable we had one control switch for both rooms and when we set the temp one room goes too cold & the other goes hot. 3- there is oder smell in the apartments .4- the apartment hotel is faraway from the main one .5- we stayed 7 night and we had alternate house keeping service ( one day yes and the other no ) as per hotel rulls you have to stay 8 nights to have the full daily housekeeping service !!!!

I loved how attentive the staff was, especially towards my kids.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of ventilation and slow drainage in the bathroom. An upgrade with better airflow and safety features would really enhance the experience for families.

Location is very convenient

Hotel don’t service (clean) rooms at the Apt section on daily basis but instead Hotel clean every other day. Also, there is no water has no presser and every minute, cold water is mix up with hot and you can’t take a shower.
